Anna Kendrick
Anna Kendrick was born to Janice
(Cooke), an accountant and William Kendrick (a teacher). Her older brother is,
Michael Cooke Kendrick, who has also acted. Anna Kendrick is Scottish, Irish
and English. She received the Drama League Award and Theatre World Award for
her performance. The actress had the privilege of working with choreographer
Scott Ellis, choreographer Susan Stroman as well as other famous performers at
the New York City Opera House. Anna starred in Camp (2003) and was nominated
for the Broadway Tony Award for Best Actress (Featured role for Musical) for
her role in High Society. She was the second-youngest nominee in Tony history
(after 1991's Tony winner, Daisy Eagan). In Tony history, George Clooney made
fun of her as she worked with Susan Stroman and Scott Ellis at the New York
Opera House. Anna was in the film Camp (2003) and was nominated for the 1998
Tony Award for the Best Actress (Featured Role - Musical) for the musical
"High Society." In the year 2010, she was nominated to play Natalie
Keener, who played the role in the second and third seasons of the show. She
graduated from Deering High School in Portland, Maine in 2003. London was in
which she was filming Into the Woods (2014). In September 2013, she has the
distinct privilege of appearing in three major screen musicals : Into the Woods
(2014).
