Aisha jamila Hinds has been an American actress for more than a decade. Her roles include The Shield as well as True Blood. Since her debut, she's shown her ability to perform on series such as Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. Her first recognition came from her character Anna in the 2005 movie Assault on Precinct 13. The film was primarily for her portrayal of feminist activist Fannie Louis Hamer in the biography film All the Way, which earned her the respect she was due as an actor. The return of Bachchan to Bollywood was to be seen in Dhoom: 2 2006 before she made Provoked The Provoked True Story (2006). She was married to Abhishek Bachchan, co-star, who is the child of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage brought two of India's most influential individuals in one place.
